Thank you Tierney! You are so fortunate that Mike remains just the right size to be a lap dog. All too quickly Summer outgrew my lap. I miss those sweet morning where she would sleep on my lap while I read.

Aww I do love when Mike naps on me while reading. You just need a bigger chair and she can be a lap dog 😉

Thank you Pastor Pete! I hope you are feeling better and got some answers on Tuesday.

Yes the answer came from my regular doctor. He explained that they probably nicked a nerve. Now though everything is healed it will take a while for that to resolve. The up side is a couple who helps with one of our meetings is coming along to other facilities to help with the singing. Only God would have worked out such a plan!

I am so glad that you have some answers and can anticipate the return of your singing voice. What a beautiful testimony of the Lord’s provision. I remember a song we sang in church when I was a little girl, “Jehovah Jireh my provider. His grace is sufficient for me for me for me. My God shall supply all my needs. According to His riches and glory. He will give His angels charge over me. Jehovah Jireh cares for me, for me, for me.”

Wow! Summer is resting in His Word…what a wise pup indeed! I see he us in Psalm 79, may be meditating this verse:
So we Your people and the sheep of Your pasture
Will give thanks to You forever;
To all generations we will tell of Your praise.
— Psalm 79:13

I like that thought Alan! The days in which Summer could sleep on my lap in the mornings passed by too quickly. She has now exceeded Adi in height and is quickly gaining on her in weight.

You’re welcome! Each day you faithfully make available a snapshot of Our Lord’s words for people to read and as Isaiah says in 55:11 “It will not return to [the Lord] empty but will accomplish what [He] desires and achieve the purpose for which [He] sent it.” I hope more and more people visit your site to read the Word. Blessings!
